23 and a 1/2 hours exercise video: Now in 5 languages!

The global sensation 23 1/2 hours. from Dr Mike Evans and his team, has now been translated into Arabic!

This is in addition to translations in French, Spanish, and Italian!

Exercise advice as a valuable therapeutic tool is now firmly established. We know that only 1 in 3 health care professionals give exercise advice and support to patients as part of their health care plan. With non communicable diseases (NCDs) such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, hypertension and many more set to affect 36 million people each year, it is now time for health organisations around the world to offer the best in patient advice and support on lifestyle issues.

The World Health Organisation has set the target for reduction of lifestyle diseases (NCDs) of 25% by 2025.

We have suggested that each and every one of us has an opportunity to help 25 people they love and care for to achieve regular, fun exercise as part of their every day lives.

Make a difference to peoples health! Help people to access regular exercise for the health benefits: join our #25by25 campaign on Twitter @exerciseworks : http://www.exercise-works.org/latest-news/2012/5/27/25-by-25-reducing-non-communicable-diseases-by-25-by-2025-25.html
